EXPERIENCE SOUTHERN ECUADOR

Southern Experience Ecuador is a Project planned by the World Tourism Organization and the University of Cuenca, to promote tourism of the following provinces: Loja, Cañar and Azuay, with the objective to give different options on lodging, food and attractions that the Southern part of Ecuador has to offer.

This project has brought together over forty micro companies to endorse its variety of tourist packages, maintaining its quality, service and efficiency.

Experience Southern Ecuador is looking to apply and transfer e-business technologies, which can provide benefits to the touristic services and common organizations of Southern Ecuador.

It also wants to improve the competition and service of the small companies (PYMES) and community organizations affiliated to the Project, using the development of shared programs which promote and commercialize.

At an internal level, will train and organize the small companies (PYMES), representatives of community tourism and all the members involved with this project.
