During this month one of the most traditional celebrations in Azuay and particularly in Cuenca is commemorated. The Feast of Septenario is a festivity which will awe you with the spectacular fireworks display during all of the evenings. During the day you may taste the magnificent desserts and sweets prepared for this occasion.
