Azoguez, the capital of the Province of Cañar, is considered as an archeological and cultural patrimony of Ecuador. This is a city where you get to see beautiful churches such as the Cathedral and the San Francisco church, located on a hill where the villagers go to pray for the "Virgin de la Nube".

If you are in Azogues, you can not leave without tasting the famous “cascaritas” (toasted pork skin) and live the experience of a culture that lives through the farming of wheat, barley, corn, potato, vegetables, and fruits such as apples, peaches, pears, capuli and naranjilla among others.
